worked for a
number of years in a large city centre Manchester
practise. Nick is a registered
Trust and Estates Practitioner, has extensive experience in both contentions and non contentious law's,
and is a recognised expert in both fields.
Jennifer Clark - Solicitor
Jennifer is a property law consultant with over 30 years of
experience, latterly in private practice as Head of Department in the Manchester
office of a national commercial firm. Jennifer specialises in complex commercial
property work for owner managed businesses, Landlord and Tenant matters, site
assembly and large scale property portfolios, acquisitions and disposals,
property due diligence and property refinancing.
Rachael Kirk - Solicitor
Rachael joined Stratford Solicitors Ltd in 2007 having gained
considerable experience whilst working for a large city centre firm dealing with
all aspects of Civil Litigation and regularly attending court. Prior to that she
completed a Business Studies degree. Rachael works in all areas of the business
and has a particular interest in Matrimonial Law and Employment law.
Lauren Sumner
Lauren started Stratford Solicitors Ltd in 2006 having
completed a Criminology degree to pursue her interest in law. She has particular
interest in Wills, Probate and Matrimonial disputes.
